BOOKING INFORMATION / CONTRACT 2008
NO DATE IS BOOKED UNTIL YOUR DEPOSIT IS RECEIVED!!
$150 DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED TO BOOK A PARTY OF LESS THAN 50 GUESTS. $ 250 DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED TO BOOK A PARTY OF 50 150 GUESTS. $ 500 DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED TO BOOK A PARTY OF 151 & 250 GUESTS. $ 1000 DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED TO BOOK A PARTY OF 251 & UP GUESTS. IF AN EVENT IS BOOKED LESS THAN 30 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR EVENT / 50% OF ESTIMATE COST IS DUE TO BOOK. NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT. DEPOSIT WILL BE APPLIED TOWARD YOUR INVOICE BALANCE.
WE WILL DO A PAYMENT SCHEDULE THE LAST 90 DAYS OF YOUR EVENT. 30 - 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR EVENT OF ESTIMATED AMOUNT IS DUE. THE BALANCE IS DUE 14 DAYS BEFORE YOUR EVENT. IF YOUR CHECK IS NOT RECEIVED 14 DAYS BEFORE THE EVENT, PAYMENT MUST BE PAID IN CASH, NO CHECKS, NO EXCEPTIONS. SALES TAX WILL BE ADDED TO THE BILL. & A SERVICE CHARGE OF 15% WILL BE ADDED WHEN WAITSTAFF IS PRESENT AT EVENTS.. SIT DOWN SERVICE IS AVAILABLE AT EXTRA COST. WE WILL TAYLOR ANY MENU TO YOUR SPECIFIC TASTE AND BUDGET THAT IS NOT ON OUR REGULAR MENU. WE CAN HELP YOU MAKE YOUR WEDDING OR ANY OCCASION BOOKINGS. A TENTATIVE BOOKING WILL BE HELD FOR 2 weeks AFTER SPEAKING TO YOU. IF NO DEPOSIT IS SENT IN WITHIN THE 2 WEEKS, WE WILL RELEASE THAT DATE FROM OUR CALENDAR BOOKINGS.
RENTALS: OF ALL KINDS CHINA, LINEN, ROUND TABLES, BEVELED MIRRORS, FLORAL BASKETS, TENTS, LATTICE SCREENS, 24 TALL GLASS SLENDER VASES, 14 TALL VASES, PITCHER VASES AND FLOWERS,
LARGE MARTINI GLASSES, GOLD LAMA CHAIR BOWS TO MENTION A FEW, SHEER TABLE TOPPERS, CHAIR COVERS & MATCHING SHEER BOWS IN ALL COLORS. CHINA & LINEN & SERVICE IS QUOTED ON THE BUFFET MENU.
BUFFET CHINA CONSISTS OF: CHINA DINNER PLATE, SILVERWARE, WINE OR WATER GOBLET, EXTRA CHINA OR GLASSWARE MAY BE ADDED AT AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE. WE WILL ALSO SUPPLY EXTRA DISPOSABLE GLASSES AT THE DRINKS STATION AT NO EXTRA COST. OUR STAFF WILL SET UP ALL
